Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@amleusa.us. Returns must be approved before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue is due to our error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sewing and embroidery machines and related parts
- Used supplies
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
